General Questions
No, you don't need to be home while we clean. Many of our clients provide entry access using a door code or one of our company-provided lockboxes. If you will be home, we kindly ask that distractions are kept to a minimum so our team can work efficiently.
No need to clean before we come, that's our job! However, we do ask that items are picked up and clutter is minimized so our technicians can access and clean all areas thoroughly.
Yes, all Grand Finale Cleaning technicians go through background checks, drug screening, and reference checks. They also complete a rigorous month-long training program before cleaning homes on their own.

Products & Safety
We use our own line of all-natural cleaning products made in-house using essential oils like lavender, eucalyptus, and cinnamon. These are eco-friendly, non-carcinogenic, and safe for kids, pets, and the environment. For tougher jobs, we may use traditional cleaners upon request.
Yes. All our products are tested for safety and cleaning power. If we ever need to use stronger cleaners, we communicate that in advance and use them responsibly.
Yes! If you prefer certain products to be used or avoided just let us know before your service. We’re happy to accommodate.
Policies & Procedures
If something isn’t cleaned to your satisfaction, please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We’ll return to re-clean the area at no extra charge. We do not offer refunds or pricing adjustments.
Please give us at least 12 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% fee to help cover our staff’s lost time.
If we can’t access your home within 30 minutes of arrival, it will be considered a cancellation and our cancellation policy will apply. To avoid this, we recommend using one of our secure lockboxes.
We conduct regular quality checks and may have a supervisor inspect the cleaning before our team finishes. We also perform periodic follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
We accept debit/credit cards and ACH payments. Most clients keep a card on file for automatic payment after each service. We discourage cash/checks to minimize payment issues.

No, we bring everything needed to complete the job. However, we recommend keeping a toilet brush in each bathroom to avoid cross-contamination between homes.
Yes! Gift cards are available and make a perfect gift for holidays, birthdays, or new parents.
Tips are never required but always appreciated. You can leave cash (in a marked envelope) or add a gratuity when you pay your invoice. All tips go directly to your cleaning technician.
